ATHLETICS

Dear LOMS Athlete:

Prior to participating on a team from Los Osos Middle School, all athletes must provide the Athletic Department with current address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alert and health history information. This information will be entered into AERIES during the Data Confirmation process at the beginning of the year. If you  will be participating on a LOMS Athletics team throughout the year, please make sure to complete the process at the beginning.
