Lightspeed Parent Portal

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting student success, focus, and well-being, we’re excited to share a new tool designed to help families encourage healthy technology habits at home.

San Luis Coastal Unified School District has introduced the Lightspeed Parent Portal—a resource created to empower you as partners in your child’s education. This tool gives parents and guardians greater visibility and control over how school-issued devices are used outside of school hours.

Through the Parent Portal, you’ll have the ability to monitor internet activity, manage screen time, and even restrict access to social media or other websites after school. With real-time insights into your child’s browsing activity, you’ll be better equipped to support safe and focused learning at home.
